Our employees are our greatest asset and we have the best. Many of our employees have been with us for over 15 years, starting as laborers and advancing to foreman and management positions throughout our company. In 2006 Guardrails was one of Maryland’s Top 100 Minority Businesses, and we were presented with the prestigious Bridging the Gap Achievement Award by the Greater Baltimore Committee. In July 2010, Marnie Hoffman purchased the remaining shares of stock in the company from her mother, Sheila Hoffman. In December 2010, Marnie received her Minority Certification with the Maryland Department of Transportation, the Commonwealth of Virginia, the District of Columbia and the State of Delaware. Guardrails is proud of our history and we look forward to many more decades of service in the future.
